​Throughout class last night I chatted about ​birthing positions​ and encouraged you to honour the sensations in your body as you move now, you will be more sensitive to what positions will work best for you during labour and birth.​ I recommend that you all watch the Birthing Position video this week as ​it goes into more detail and also reinforces how to breathe during active labour. 

Make sure you have lots of blankets and pillows so you can be super cozy at the end of class to enjoy your Fear Release Yoga Nidra. You can listen to this 20-minute guided relaxation on its own by starting at 56:15.

Props: bolster or 2 firm blankets, 2 blocks, strap, chair or wall, more blankets and pillows to get cozy
