28 Days of Yoga

June 1 - 28, 2020

Are you ready to truly THRIVE in your yoga practice and use it as a way to support you where you are in your life? Join us for 28 Days of Yoga so you can have the support, encouragement, and inspiration from your Embody family to strengthen your individual practice.

  1. Simply attend your regular class(es).
  2. Choose another practice from our Membersโ€™ Area or blog each day. It could be asana (movement class), meditation, breathwork, or rest. See below and/or our Facebook Group for inspiration.
  3. To hold yourself accountable, just comment below the class you did with what you enjoyed most about your experience or ask us a question.

Below you can see some daily inspiration that you can do the day of or any other day. You can also attend any other class from the Members’ Area catalog or blog.ย 

Week 1: Monday, June 1 - Sunday June 7

Day 1: Walking Meditation (12 minutes)

Day 2: Breath Awareness (5 minutes)

Day 3: Neck & Shoulders (6.5 minutes)

Day 4: Mindfulness of Breath: The Space Between (5 minutes)

Day 5: Legs Over a Chair.

Day 6 & 7: Choose from the daily inspiration from the week or other recorded classes for you weekend practices ๐Ÿ™‚

Week 3: Monday, June 15 - Sunday June 21

Week 2: Monday, June 8 - Sunday June 14

Day 8: Abdominal Breathing (6 minutes)

Day 9: Sun Breaths (6.5-minutes)

Day 10: Shoulder Halter (3.5 minutes)

Day 11: Three-Part Breath (10-minutes)

Day 12: Upper Body Chair Yoga (15 minutes) – Great break between the desk work and online meetings!

Day 13 & 14: Choose from the daily inspiration from the week or other recorded classes for you weekend practices ๐Ÿ™‚

Week 4: Monday, June 22 - Sunday June 28
