Your First Step Into Yoga
Over two weeks you’ll experience three classes and explore the variety of ways yoga can support your body and mind.
Our small class sizes allow instructors to offer personalized guidance so you can practice in a way that works for your body from the very beginning.
You may choose from both studio and online classes, giving you flexibility to explore what suits you best.

Classes for Every Body
Yoga for all body shapes, physical abilities, and life stages.
Our Chair and Gentle Yoga classes move at a slower pace and offer supportive options for those working with physical conditions or recovering from injury.
Yin Yoga uses longer holds designed to support joint, bone, and connective tissue health, while Restorative Yoga is a deeply calming practice that uses props to create a supportive environment for total relaxation.
Our more active options include Flow and Alignment-oriented classes, which involve more transitions between floor and standing, belly-down postures, and weight-bearing on hands and knees. These include several styles designed to support strength, stability, and mindful movement.
All classes include time for stillness, rest, and integration.
