But it’s helpful to remember that embracing changes gradually can be more sustainable, and you don’t have to do it all. Many recommendations aren’t meant to be sustained long-term, and trying to implement them all can lead to feelings of overwhelm and burnout, limiting the potential benefits of these changes. The last thing you want is to add more stress to an already challenging situation.

In your Nourish 1:1 session, we will take a comprehensive, holistic approach.

We will start with manageable steps, not with an overwhelming list of supplements or a restrictive diet. Instead, we’ll begin by optimizing your digestion so that you can better absorb the nutrients in the foods you’re already eating. We’ll also explore lifestyle habits such as sleep hygiene, physical movement, and stillness practices, all of which offer balance and nourishment for the body and mind. Once a strong foundation is set, we will then tailor additional diet and lifestyle adjustments specifically to your needs—choices that are both sustainable and truly nourishing.

What to expect?

Initial Intake Session (60–75 minutes):

  • Comprehensive Intake Form: Prior to our first meeting, you’ll complete a detailed intake form. This provides insight into your health history, dietary habits, lifestyle, and goals, allowing us to tailor our session to your specific needs.
  • In-Depth Discussion: During the session, we’ll delve deeper into the information you’ve provided, exploring areas such as your current nutrition, lifestyle habits, and any challenges you’re facing. This collaborative conversation helps us understand your unique circumstances and aspirations.
  • Personalized Recommendations: Based on our discussion, I’ll provide initial recommendations aimed at optimizing your digestion, enhancing nutrient absorption, and supporting your overall well-being. These suggestions will be practical and manageable, setting the foundation for sustainable progress.
  • Scheduling Follow-Up: We’ll schedule a follow-up appointment in 4–6 weeks to assess your progress, address any concerns, and adjust your plan as needed. This timeframe allows you to implement the initial recommendations and observe their impact.

Follow-Up Sessions (45-60 minutes):

  • Progress Evaluation: In our follow-up meetings, we’ll review your experiences, celebrate successes, and discuss any obstacles you’ve encountered. This reflection ensures that the plan remains aligned with your needs and is effectively supporting your fertility path.
