As someone who was medicated for IBS as a young adult, I know firsthand how empowering it is to come off medication and learn how to truly care for your body.
I remember the days of being curled up in bed, in too much pain to go to school or work — and the fear of eating out, not knowing if an attack would come or whether I’d have access to a bathroom. I’m deeply grateful those days are behind me.
Over time, I came to understand that my IBS wasn’t just about eating the “wrong foods.” It had so much to do with my nervous system — constantly stuck in a state of fight or flight and rarely given the chance to rest, digest, and heal.
This is why my approach to nourishment goes beyond just food and supplements. We begin by tuning into your nervous system: What is it ready for right now? What would support more balance and stability within your body? From there, we introduce sustainable adjustments to diet and lifestyle — grounded in nourishment and balance — not rigidity.

How We’ll Work Together
A supportive, step-by-step approach to nourishment and healing
Our work together begins with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your body’s current state.
Before our first session, you’ll complete a detailed intake form to help me understand your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This gives us a strong foundation for our time together.
Initial Intake Session (60–75 minutes)
In our first session, we’ll dive into your story — exploring your nutrition, digestion, nervous system patterns, and any challenges you’re facing. You’ll receive personalized recommendations that are practical, manageable, and aligned with your current capacity. These may include dietary shifts, nervous system practices, and lifestyle support, all designed to nourish rather than overwhelm.
We’ll also schedule a follow-up session (typically 4–6 weeks later) to revisit your progress and refine your plan.
Follow-Up Sessions (45–60 minutes)
Ongoing sessions are a space for reflection, support, and fine-tuning. We’ll celebrate what’s working, explore any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. This is also a space to ask questions, go deeper into practices, and receive guidance that evolves with you.
Every session is held with care — grounded in relationship, not rigid protocols — so your healing feels sustainable, embodied, and fully supported.
