Nourish yourself deeply in a slower-paced class that incorporates softer practices to embrace more freedom in the body, soothe your nervous system and settle your mind.

Each week features a different Embody Yoga instructor offering a diverse range of practices such as gentle yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, myofascial release, meditation, guided awareness, and pranayama utilizing your breath to cultivate more steadiness and spaciousness within.

Yoga props (bolsters, blankets, blocks and more) will be used to support the body and offer variations of movement and postures to meet each individual’s unique needs.

Open to all levels of practice. Offered in-person & online.
