SRY was a vital support for Nicole through her own fertility challenges and continues to be her primary yoga asana practice.
How it works

Supported yoga postures using props—and sometimes your own hands/arms—position the body at intentional angles to encourage inner alignment and deep muscular release.

Focus on pelvis and spine fosters spaciousness, steadiness, and a sense of being anchored within.

While sequencing varies, classes typically follow a bottom-up approach: tailbone → sacrum → pelvis → psoas → ribcage → heart space.

Pranayama + guided awareness support deep rest and integration.

Bolster (or 2–3 blankets)

3 additional blankets & 2 blocks

If attending via Zoom: something to elevate your legs (chair, ottoman, couch seat, or stacked blankets)
All props are provided for in-studio classes, though you’re welcome to bring your own.

While this series is also offered online via Zoom, students joining from home will need to have the necessary props available. In-studio students will receive hands-on support from Nicole, and she may step away from the camera at times to provide this assistance. For those new to the practice, Nicole recommends attending in person. All classes are recorded and available for one week after the live session.
