Tracey has been a student of yoga for close to twenty years. Over that time she has tried many styles ranging from Sivananda, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Yin. In 2016, she became a Certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha Yoga (200-hour), studying with Bobby Bessey and Meaghan Burridge, and a Certified Yoga Teacher in Yin Yoga (100-hour), studying with Stephanie Calhoun of Satori Yoga. Tracey most enjoys the slow moving practices and the quiet meditative quality of Yin Yoga. She truly believes in honouring yourself with kindness in your yoga practice; when you make the time to breathe and fully inhabit the body, a truly wonderful transformation can take place – this is when you can really start living your yoga.
