As we grow older, maintaining our physical and mental well-being becomes increasingly important. Yoga for Healthy Aging classes are specifically designed to help you stay strong, agile, and self-assured through all stages of life.

Each session focuses on a different aspect of holistic health, from improving strength to enhancing flexibility and balance. You’ll also explore breathwork, mindfulness meditation, and relaxation techniques to cultivate a deep sense of calm and clarity.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or simply feel more at ease in your body, this series provides the tools and guidance you need. Our hope is that you’ll leave each class with practices that nurture your ability to balance and cultivate stability and mobility – better prepared to navigate your life with independence and ease.

This series will include floor-based postures and students will transition to standing from the floor and vice-versa with the support of a chair or yoga blocks as needed. If getting down to the floor isn’t possible we recommend you check out one of our Chair Yoga  classes (email us to learn more).

Investment: $120 (HST included)
