Fall can be a really busy time, with the shift of season, kids going back to school and trying to settle back into your routine after summer.  This may be leaving you feeling extra tired, overwhelmed and in need of time and space just for you.

If you are feeling depleted, then restorative yoga is the practice for you.  It is a healing practice designed to reduce stress, tension and fatigue through holding supported poses for longer periods of time to promote relaxation.   This powerful practice re-teaches the body its inherent ability to relax and can bring more balance to your everyday life.

Gather with us online or in studio to melt away tension and connect to a deep sense of peace.

Space for 10 distanced students in the studio and online via Zoom.

Bring your mat and some cozy blankets to the studio (we have all other props, but you are welcome to bring your own).  Props needed are : Bolster, 2-3 Blankets, 2 Blocks, Chair & Strap/Belt.  If joining online we will give you a list of household items that work in place of studio props.

Class will be recorded, and a link will be provided to you after class so you can replay, the link will expire after two weeks.
