Classes are taught both in person at the studio and live online through Zoom. Follow the links below to check availability in the scheduler for ONLINE or STUDIO classes. Classes that do not have space will not be shown.

You can use the Scheduler to purchase a Drop-In Pass for an individual class. To purchase a Membership or Passes, including our New Student Discovery Pass, go here. Students using passes or dropping in are not eligible for membership perks. Go here to learn more about Embody’s Memberships.

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. You can reschedule up to an hour before prior to your booking. By signing up for class you are agreeing to out Studio Policies, Terms of Use, and COVID-19 Studio Guidelines.
