Kid's Yoga (Ages 8-12)

In this program, your child will be guided through a series of movements and breath work that will help deepen their self exploration, encouraging self love and acceptance.
This fun and interactive yoga program is designed to help children 8-11:
- Reduce their anxiety
- Calm their minds and bodies
- Improve their sense of well being
This yoga series will help to empower a child’s imagination, mindful senses, breath, gratitude and encourage kindness and self compassion in a safe caring environment.
Cathy is a former educator and a certified yoga teacher in Hatha and Restorative yoga. She has received Yoga in Schools training as well as Children’s Yoga Teacher training.
Since 2018 , Cathy has helped facilitate a program, Coping Skills for Kids, and developed a curriculum called Young Yoga and Wellness. Learn more about Cathy here.

Teen Yoga (Ages 13-15)

In this yoga program your teen will be guided through a series of movements and breathwork that will help to deepen their self-exploration, encouraging self love and acceptance.
Through yoga poses, relaxation and simple guided practice, your teen will learn skills to help stay calm and focused as well as manage school stress, anxiety and support positive body image and healthy relationships.
Yoga can help young adults improve their physical fitness without focusing on their appearance. Plus, yoga offers incredible benefits to teenagers as they grow, including improved posture,flexibility, balance, strength and coordination.
Yoga can allow them to experience greater well being, peace, harmony and joy, both on and off the mat.
