If you have been doing a lot of hiking on your ‘Staycation’ then you will find this class to be a real treat for your legs and hips. Hiking can be a strenuous activity and often we are just so tired at the end of our hike to give our legs and hips some TLC. Try the class when you have 45 minutes and then at the end of your next hike you can do a short practice of all 4 poses just to get the kinks out.

Props: blanket, belt, 2 blocks, bolster (or two firm stacked blankets), 2 facecloths
